STEP4 Response in the event of an accident

Please access the "Cargo Web Accident Receipt System" from the URL below and enter the necessary items such as "contract details" and "details of the accident".

Please also upload shipping documents, photos, and documents showing the fact of the damage.

After receiving the application, the person in charge of Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance will contact you. (Be sure to enter the security number)

[Export/Trilateral]

In the event of an accident during export/transportation between three countries, usually, the destination country has to find the damage, check the damage status, and claim the insurance money.

Consignee will contact our overseas claim agent to report the accident.
